Summer Employment
The heart of Crossways' ministry is
in its counseling staff. We need staff who are
called to serve at camp and are committed to regular
Christian fellowship, Bible study, and service. If this is what
you're looking for, we hope to have you on staff at
one of our camps!
Serving in ministry at camp is a
fantastic blend of wholesome fun, hard work and the
chance to make a difference in the lives of young
people. Not only will you spend your summer ministering
to kids and families in a solid Christian environment,
but you will also be stretched and challenged to grow in
your walk with God. Staff
leave camp enriched by their experience and changed by
living in community with other Christians.
We invite you to prayerfully
consider your call to serve at one of the camps of
Crossways. It will be a blessed experience full of
personal growth and lifelong memories. This summer camp job could be one that will impact your
life for years to come!

complete the reference process.
-
Download the
