7th Annual Crossways Camping Ministries Bring the whole family to Pine Lake Camp for a FREE day of fun! Crossways Camping Ministries is hosting a Family Fun Day and Online "Quilt, Craft & More" Auction on August 23, 2008! Highlights of the day include a 5K Trail Run/Walk, Kid's Trail Trot, Craft & Quilt viewing, and a variety of food for all to enjoy! Online "Quilt, Craft & More" Auction The 7th Annual Crossways Online "Quilt, Craft & More" Auction will have a new twist this year. As the leader in online auction fundraising, cMarket creates opportunities for charity and nonprofit organizations to earn additional revenue and expand their network of supporters - raising awareness and cultivating new donors, drawing bidders from a larger geographic area. The online "Quilt, Craft & More" Auction will run from August 15-30, 2008. All items will be available for viewing at Family Fun Day.

Annual 5K Trail Run/Walk and **NEW** Kid's Trail
Trot! Date & Time: Race begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 23. Registration and packet pickup begins at 9am. Distance & Terrain: 5K (3.1 mile) competitively scored run and non-competitive walk through the wooded and grassy trails surrounding Pine Lake Camp. (Running strollers recommended!) Entry Fee: The fee for the 5K Trail Run/Walk is $25 in advance and $30 on race day. The first 150 entrants will be guaranteed a t-shirt, water bottle and goody bag. The fee for the Kid's Trail Trot is $10 in advance and $15 on race day. Trail Trotters will receive a t-shirt, goody bag and participation award. Bakery items will be available to sell along
with lunch
for everyone. We would like to have 10 to 12
congregations agree to make ten (10) 9” deep
dish fruit pies and freeze them in one gallon
freezer bags. We will make arrangements to pick
the pies up prior to Family Fun Day, take them
to camp and bake them fresh. We will also need
volunteers at camp on August 22 to bake pies!
