CONGREGATIONAL GIFTS
TO THE ANNUAL FUND
There are over 120 congregations who are members
of the Crossways Camping Ministries Association who
contribute annually though their church
benevolence budget or designated line item.
WE ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR YOU!
You help us keep summer camp fees affordable for
all.
We also have 80 congregations who do not support
us financially but whose kids benefit from our
year-round programs and events. We would like to
encourage YOU to make financial support of these
partner ministries at Crossways a priority this
year. After all, campers from your congregations who
attend Imago Dei Village, Pine Lake Camp, or Waypost
are actually being subsidized by churches who do
contribute on an annual basis to Crossways.
Let's continue to make this a team effort so that
all might benefit from the important experience of
summer Bible camp, at a place where you know the
theology will be Lutheran and the staff positive
Christian role models!

CROSSWAYS PARTNERS
PROGRAM
Crossways Partners are
people
who care deeply about the ministry of the
camps of Crossways.
Because they care,
they provide support for our camp programs
through annual gifts of $100 or more. Become
involved in the dreams and hopes of Pine
Lake Camp, Waypost, and Imago Dei Village!
Help us establish a strong financial base
for our ministry for the years to come.

$100 helps a child attend camp for the first
time

$250 covers medical supplies needed at camp
for a full summer

The GivingPLUS Program
with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans
Gifts that you contribute
to Crossways Camping Ministries can be
supplemented by Thrivent Financial for
Lutherans. Thrivent will contribute 50
cents for every dollar that a member
donates to an eligible organization such
as Crossways Camping Ministries, up to $600 per member. Several Thrivent
members in your family? Each member, 16
years of age or older, can give up to $600
to two different institutions each year
and Thrivent will supplement those gifts
with an additional $300. If you volunteer
at the camp, Thrivent will enhance your
gift with an additional $25!

it with your next gift to Crossways.

Crossways has been richly
blessed by congregations and individuals who
have a deep commitment to outdoor
ministries.
The Endowment fund provides opportunities for expanded or new programs, supports individuals through camperships
and provides for long term financial resource
needs.

CORA JONES AND TYLER
TIMM
MEMORIAL CAMPERSHIP FUND
Each year, hundreds of children and
families are assisted with their camp fee
due to financial hardship. The Campership
fund remembers the lives of Cora and Tyler
each time a camper attends camp who may not
have been able to in the past. No one is
EVER turned away from the life-changing
experience a week at a Crossways camp
offers, even though yearly requests
out-distance actual funds available. Your
contribution of $300 will allow another
camper to walk into camp for that experience
next summer. |
