Global Village Camp 2012 is the third event of its kind put on by the ECSW
Companion Synod/Global Missions Task Force - committed to increasing
congregational participation in companion and global mission relationships.

Sunday July 1 -
Worship & Global Music Festival Join the Madikwe Circuit from the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Southern Africa, Western Diocese,
in a South African- themed Worship celebrating
“accompaniment” from all corners of the globe. Bring
a group to the Global Music Festival to share the
vocal and instrumental music that stirs your soul
and listen to music from around the world.
Monday July 2 - Global
Mission Dialogue & Resource Festival
A panel of church leaders from Global Mission, LWR
and Synod Bishops will lead an engaging dialogue to
help congregations ‘claim’ and do global mission. At
the Resource Festival, share resources that you are
using to excite your congregation and receive ideas
to take back to your congregation.

Guests are welcome to register and
attend the full event 4-day event and be housed at camp
or come each day as a commuter. Day Visitors can
register for Sunday and/or Monday's events.
Arrival time on Saturday June 30,
2012 is between 1-3pm. Opening Worship begins at
3pm. Departure on Tuesday July 3, 2012 is
following the Closing Worship which begins at 1pm.
Commuters attending the full event are welcome to arrive
anytime after 1pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday thru
Tuesday.
Day
Visitors are welcome to arrive anytime after 9am on
Sunday and/or Monday.
Accommodations
Each cabin has its own rest room
with shower. Campground campers have access to a central
bathhouse. To maximize housing
space in anticipation of a full camp, adults may sleep
in upper bunks. Families may also be housed in cabins
with other families.
Guests are welcome to register
and attend the full event or attend as
a commuter. Register
with non-refundable deposit of $100
or total fee, whichever is less.
Youth 6-12th grade:
Youth may register as a Youth Camper
and be housed with other youth and a
college-aged camp counselor. Registration fee starts at $190/youth.
Adults: Housing for
adults registering as individuals will be
in cabins with other adults divided by gender.
Registration fee
starts at $225/adult.
Families: Families
may register and be housed together as a
group. Registration fee starts at $225/adult,
$190/youth, $80/child. Children 0-2 free.
Campground: Bring
your own tent/RV. A limited number
of tent/RV sites available. Registration fee
starts at $155/adult,
$120/youth, $65/child. Electric hookup $20/site.
Full Commuter:
Includes event, camp activities & meals for
4 day event. Registration fee starts at
$100/adult.
Day Visitor:
Includes event, Bible Study, Worship, workshops,
camp activities, lunch, dinner on Sunday and/or Monday. Registration fee $50/person/day.

Visitor Discounted rate with 5 or more registrations
