Kenzie Kauth
Business Manager
Kenzie is a camper and counselor from years gone by and has been in the Crossways Office since 2004.  She's got experience both on site and in the office and is responsible for overseeing registration and bookkeeping, managing the website, publications, and more!

Mike returned to Crossways in 2009 after serving at a camp in North Carolina since 1999.  Mike and his wife, Betsy (Crossways alumni, too!) live in Shawano with their two kids, CJ and Ellie.

Director, Pine Lake Camp and Day Camp Programs
erika grew up in Wisconsin, graduated from UW Eau Claire, and lives on site at Pine Lake with her husband Steve and sons Garrett and Landon (aka: Crossways Summer Staff members 2027 & 2029!!). erika joined Crossways in 2003 and manages staff and programs at Pine Lake Camp.

Dana came to us in 2006 from Wartburg College and has worked at a Lutheran camp in Iowa as well as served  with Lutheran Volunteer Corps. She hosts the programs and retreats based at Pine Lake.

Serving as the interim Property Manager in 2010, we are happy to say that Steve (and his wife Deb) have chosen to join Waypost permanently! Originally from Oshkosh, Steve has an attention for detail and a passion for carpentry – which can be seen in the numerous signs that he has routed for buildings at Crossways.
