Jim Schmidt
Director of Operations Imago Dei Village and Waypost Camps
Jim is originally from Minnesota, graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College. Jim joined Crossways in 1990 before Crossways was Crossways, and manages the camps of Village and Waypost. He is webmaster of this site and produces some of the Crossways camp promotional stuff. Patty Dyreson
Administrative Assistant

Barbara Wolf
Development Director

Cory Hamilton
Program Director at Imago Dei Village

Sara Lazarz
Program Director at Waypost on Mission Lake

Dana Isaacson
Program Director at Pine Lake Camp

Tim Wilkinson
Property Manager at Waypost on Mission Lake
