Camp is all about community. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and training staff in the low ropes course. You will also lead and supervise initiatives and all rainy-day activities. This role may include other adventure elements like archery (for Pine Lake Camp) or camp out.
Arts and Crafts Specialist
As Arts and Crafts Specialist you will guide campers through various arts and crafts projects and help them see how they can relate the projects to their camp experience and their faith.
The Biking/Climbing Specialists help kids challenge themselves and each other through physical activity. Bike trips help us see the beautiful areas around camp while teaching a few skills along the way. The climbing walls challenges campers to believe in and push themselves farther than they thought possible.
Be the mentor for a group of campers! You will lead them in Bible study, games, activities, devotions, and all the fun of camp.
Safety is the number one priority at camp! As Health Coordinator your job will be to take care of camper medications and any injuries that may come up.
The camp kitchen is a fast-paced world! Be part of making sure this important element of camp happens for our campers.
Lead Female or Male Cabin leader
As a Lead Cabin Leader you will use your cabin leading experience to mentor newer cabin leaders. You will also be the leaders of our high school SIT and LIT programs.
Ministry Specialist - Pine Lake Camp only
Guide the big picture of ministry at Pine Lake. Help lead and guide staff planning morning worship, evening campfire, and the light service. Be a resource for staff for bible studies and curriculum implementation, as well as devotions. Focus on staff spiritual growth by planning staff prayer, small group times, and provide personal guidance as needed.
If you are organized and like numbers this position could be for you! The Multi-Program Specialist manages the canteen, answers phones, delivers mail, and does other behind-the-scenes jobs that make camp possible.
Camp is all about experiencing God in nature. The Naturalist/Outfitter's job is to help us see ways to care for God's creation all around us. You will also help organize, train, and participate in all off-site and camp-out experiences!

Camp requires a lot of organization and coordination. The Program Assistant works closely with the Camp Director to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Water activities are a big part of camp! You will be responsible for making sure that these activities happen safely and you will supervise the Waterfront Specialists.
You will work with the Waterfront Director to make sure the water activities are safe and fun!
