Delegate & Registration Information

Each voting congregation may send up to two delegates. A Voting Congregation is defined by a congregation who:
1) Supports Crossways financially annually and/or
2) Has had member(s) participate in programs within the last two years. -
Advance registration is requested by February 1, 2026. To complete registration, you will need the email address, mailing address, and phone number for each delegate or guest. Please have this information ready.

Non-voting guests are welcome and are also asked to pre-register by February 1.

Meeting information and supporting materials will be shared with registered participants in advance.
We value being together in person and encourage on-site participation when possible. A Zoom option will be available for those who need it. While we will make every effort to offer a strong hybrid experience, it may not fully replicate being in the room together. Zoom information will be shared with registered participants in advance.
